Where it says Building add either the building, neighborhood, or amenity. A dropdown list will appear that you can scroll through. 

Use the Location Dropdown to get more specific

If the request is about your home, after giving us your neighborhood as the Building, type your address into the Location.

Choose which Department: Maintenance/Landscaping

Give us a short Description of the problem. If you need more space you can use the Detail area.

You can also upload a file or image. You can use your phone camera.

Give us your name and we are now requiring an email address also. You can leave us a phone number, but this is not required.

Then just click on Save this Request.
